Book a 30-minute consult with a provider ($50, which goes toward your treatment or products). We look at your goals, budget and timing, then build a plan, with no pressure to book anything on the day.

Do I need insurance for direct primary care?
No insurance is billed for your primary care visits; you pay a monthly membership. We recommend keeping insurance for hospital care, specialists and emergencies.
I’m only here for the season. Can I join?
Yes. You can pause most memberships for up to 4 months while you’re away (all except DPC Essential, $99/mo), and telehealth keeps you connected while you’re in Florida.
